These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iOS mobile applications, content, and related digital services developed and published by Vicenter Viet Nam Company Limited ("Vicenter", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Vicenter application from the Apple App Store, you agree to comply with these Terms, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), and our Privacy Policy.

2. License Grant & Usage Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access our applications on compatible iOS hardware under your control. You may not reverse engineer, modify, repackage, distribute, or create derivative works from our software.

3. In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Subscriptions or in-app feature unlocks are billed directly via your Apple ID account according to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Subscription renewals take place automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle within your iOS Account Settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All graphics, source code, UI elements, trademarks, and design systems in our applications are the exclusive property of Vicenter Viet Nam Company Limited.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Vicenter Viet Nam Company Limited disclaims all warranties and shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from app downtime or data loss.
