  • Advertising Identifiers (IDFA): Only accessed if you explicitly grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, no tracking across third-party apps occurs.

2. Third-Party Frameworks & Advertising

Where advertising or diagnostics are integrated to sustain free services, we partner only with reputable SDK providers conforming to Apple's privacy guidelines:

  • Apple Metrics & Crash Reporter: Aggregated diagnostic data shared via Apple's developer analytics console.

🛡️ Account & Data Deletion Instructions

In adherence to Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Guideline 5.1.1(v) regarding Account Deletion) and privacy regulations, users have complete authority to request the deletion of all data associated with their usage.

How to submit a data deletion request:

  2. Include the subject line: Vicenter iOS Data Deletion Request.
  3. Provide the name of the app installed and your IDFV (Identifier for Vendor) or approximate date of installation.

Our technical support team will process your request and permanently erase any diagnostic traces within 30 business days.

3. Children's Online Privacy Protection

Vicenter Viet Nam Company Limited does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a minor has provided information to our apps, please notify us immediately at [email protected] so we can remove the data.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Most app preferences (such as themes, saved items, and settings) are stored locally on your device via iOS CoreData or UserDefaults. We do not store your local files or settings on external remote databases unless cloud backup is explicitly initiated by you.
